These Broadbeach Apartments all guarantee ocean views from high floors and in-room spa baths.
Extra person charge - $35.00 per night.

Standard Occupancy:
1 bedroom apartment = 2 persons
2 bedroom apartment = 4 persons
3 bedroom apartment = 6 persons
1 extra adult/child per apartment can be accommodated on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges will apply.
Children under 2 are free except when requiring any additional bedding.
Arrival & Departure:
Check in time: 2:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am
Deposits & Payments:
Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is payable as advised by reservations desk. All guests arriving after hours must pay in full prior to arrival.
On check in we require a pre-auth of your credit card for $200 for any miscellaneous charges and where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit is required. This is refunded on departure.
Note (1): For bookings during high season periods, a $500.00 deposit is required when making the reservation. A further 50% is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and the balance is payable on arrival.
Note (2): For bookings during the Schoolies Festival period, a 7 night minimum applies. A security deposit of $1000.00 (pre-auth on credit card or cash) is required at check in to cover any miscellaneous charges. This is refunded on departure.
Cancellations:
In low season, there is no refund when the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in.
In mid and high seasons, there is no refund when the booking is cancelled 29 days or less prior to check-in.
All refunds are at discretion of management.
